"Gus" is our Missouri Foxtrotting pony colt. He was born May 30, 2007. His sire is LaCrem Knight in Shining Armor, aka
COLE. Cole is a 13.2 blue papered Missouri Foxtrotter, and a fabulous stallion. He possesses a wonderful disposition and
wonderful natural foxtrot that he passes on to his offspring. Cole lives in Ava, Missouri, with his human family, Lanny and
Toni Meins. We own Gus' dam; K.T. Bo's Hannah. Hannah is double registered as a Missouri Foxtrotting Horse and as a Missouri
Foxtrotting Pony (see Hannah's web page for more information). Hannah's bloodline includes Missouri Traveler E. and Zane Grey.
Gus has the breeding and the size to be a perfect Foxtrotting Pony stallion.
Gus was born black and changed to dark brown
over the summer. We are anxious to see what color he finishes out as, but believe it will be chocolate. After the loss
of his full brother, Rocky, I wasn't sure about continuing breeding. We were blessed with another colt and his personality
is so much like Rocky, that often times it just seems like Rocky is still here, just a different color. He is easy to handle
and a joy to be around.
We are anticipating using Gus as our breeding stallion to further promote the Missouri Foxtrotting Pony
line. I would consider selling him to an approved home by private treaty.
